Hi everyone!

After maternity leave, I’m excited to say that I’m finally returning to the mats! 💪🏼

I’m now offering a limited number of 1:1 or small group sessions on Fridays only (for now).

📍Based on Lavington Avenue, Cheadle

These sessions are perfect if you’re:

• Feeling nervous about joining our group classes full of strangers.

• Wanting a private introduction to martial arts before joining group classes.

• Preferring a more personal approach to learning.

• Just wanting to train at your own pace with no pressure.

Whether you’re a complete beginner looking to start your journey or an experienced martial artist looking to work on specific techniques I can help!
