Sad Lads Lift & Chat 🧠 🖤🧡
Sad Lads will now be moving to SUNDAYS at 7PM. Thank you & respect to all of the gents who have popped in for a chat since I started this and I always want to have this available, especially now in the time of year we are in.

I will never want to forget the core reason why I started Warrior. To help show that movement helps improve not only physical but your mental health and wellbeing.
Men are three times more likely than women to commit su***de.
40% of men have never spoken to anyone about their mental health or their feelings.
So every single Sunday night from 7pm I will be sat in my private fitness studio, Warrior HQ for the ‘Sad Lads Lift & Chat’. Any lads out there who are struggling at the minute, just want to talk to someone or too vent this will be an open, safe space for us all to get together and just TALK 🗣️
It’s not a counselling or therapy session (I am not qualified nor do I pretend to be a professional in this area), just a supportive group for men to get together, talk, get rid of the stigma and for us all to realise we aren’t alone in our feelings.
I completely get that just talking to someone can feel incredibly hard, hence why you can just turn up and ask myself about fitness advice or exercise advice or have a go of some of the equipment. And then before you know it, you may have not even realised you have then managed to get something off your chest you needed too without realising.
There is no commitment to turn up, but just drop me a message ahead of 7pm every Sunday.
