Looking for a class based gym that caters from beginner to advanced. 💪🏻

We have 24 classes every week from 6am circuits to evening Spin classes as well Body pump conditioning and Metafit HIIT workouts. 🥵

Not only do we do classes but also offer 1:2:1 PT as well as small group PT 1:2:2 or 1:2:4 group PT where you can train with friends. 🤔

Alongside the fitness element sports massage is available in the gym or home visits.
