⚽ Junior Football Team Manager Wanted ❗️

We are recruiting a Junior Football Team Manager to join our club and support the development of young players in a positive, fun, and structured environment.

Key Requirements:
• Availability to work Tuesday evenings (training sessions)
• Availability on Saturdays or Sundays to manage a team on matchdays
• Access to your own vehicle to travel to and from games
• Enthusiastic, reliable, and passionate about youth football
• Willingness to plan and deliver engaging training sessions to help players reach their full potential

Desirable:
• UEFA C Licence (or working towards)

💼 This is a paid role, with rates of pay discussed during the onboarding stage.

Are you passionate about developing young footballers and ready to take the next step in your coaching journey? Stockport Villa FC is searching for a dedicated and enthusiastic U15s Team Manager to join our coaching team!

🔵 About the Role

We’re looking for someone who can:
• Commit to Sunday match days
• Lead Wednesday evening training sessions
• Bring great communication, leadership, and organisation skills
• Hold a full driving licence

🎓 Ideal Candidate

This role is perfect for a coach who:
• Is working towards a UEFA B Licence
• Already holds a UEFA C Licence
• Has a passion for youth development and grassroots football
• Wants to progress within a supportive and ambitious club environment

This is a paid position, with remuneration to be discussed after a successful interview.
