We start with (๐๐๐๐๐๐)) - our 60 minute original ((BOUNCE)) class is high intensity, low impact and performed on mini trampolines to banging tunes! ๐๐ป
Followed by ((๐๐๐๐๐๐)) ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ - strength and conditioning class that help you get lean and defined via resistance, using very light weights alongside high repetitions. The theory is to exhaust your muscles so you donโt get bulky but you do increase strength and tone for a total body workout.
