We are a pole dancing for fitness studio based in Chatham, Kent. We aim to provide you with a professional fitness environment for you to get fit, have fun and be sexy! We offer a variety of classes - Pole Fitness, Exotic pole dance (we call this Liquid Pole), aerial hoop, aerial silks and flexibility classes. We have 12 years experience in pole dance and fitness, we pride ourselves on being body positive, a warm an welcoming studio, a place to have fun and improve your health and wellbeing. 🐺 Halloween Showcase Routine 🕷️

Here is my Red Riding Hood themed Halloween routine 😜
TW fake blood (can't really see it in this video)

I do have a painting of a wolf on my belly, as a little comical touch to a classic, utilising my then 23 week pregnancy bump 💙

The twist here is the wolf is already inside, trying to get out 🐺

My bump has super popped early, so it's incredibly difficult to lift and move as I wish, but I think I still managed a fierce and fun routine with all the sass as per 💁🏼‍♀️

Can't wait for next year!
