The theme for this year’s ‘World Judo Day’ today is ‘Stronger Together’, and although we can’t open the club right now we can’t wait to be back when it is safe to practice real judo once again. When the time comes, we will be back and we will definitely be ‘Stronger Together’ Lokong forward you when we can open and start training again 😀👍🥋

We know we are all missing our judo, and our judo family, but when we return to judo, we will return to judo.........no half measures........ no half hearted sessions........... no compromise ............ see you all as soon as we are safe to do so 👍😀🥋

Politeness is perhaps the value that seems to us the most obvious to explain because from our earliest childhood memories our parents, our teachers and adults generally, will have taught us to be polite. Do we, however, really understand what lies behind all the rules of courtesy, social constructs between people, good manners and respectful behavior governing the ways of acting and speaking? In this, the last of the IJF video exploring the Judo Moral Code, we look at Politeness. We hope you have enjoyed them all and enjoyed listening to the views of some of the worlds greatest judoka. We hope you are all staying safe, staying healthy and looking after your physical and mental health and we look forward to seeing you back once it’s safe to do so 😀🥋
