Thank you for visiting my page for 'GoRacenights'. I started providing Race Nights on the back of raising funds for my daughters trip to Tanzania in 2015. Following that I ran a couple for my local hockey club and some friends at Gravesend Rugby Club. All of these were a great success in terms of raising money for all the good causes whilst providing a great evening of entertainment. So n

Three Race Nights. Three very different events. Three nights in a row! 🏇🎤

A busy few days for GoRaceNights!
Thursday was our third Race Night with Ashford South Active Retirement Association — a great social evening while also raising funds for the Kent Neuro Therapy Centre.

Friday was all about helping a local schoolgirl raise funds towards her World Challenge Malaysia 2028 trip.
Saturday saw us back for our third Race Night with The Disaway Trust, supporting the fantastic work they do providing holidays and trips in the UK and abroad for disabled people.

Three completely different groups and audiences — but that's one of the things I love about Race Nights.

A GoRaceNights event is much more than simply putting the races on a screen.
I host and MC the whole evening, getting everyone involved, building the excitement and keeping the entertainment flowing from the first race to the last. For me, creating a great atmosphere and giving everyone a fun night out is every bit as important as the fundraising.

And it's always particularly nice to be invited back — with both Thursday and Saturday being third Race Nights for those organisations.

🏇 Another fantastic night at the races! 🏇

Delighted to return to The Berrylands in Surbiton to host a Race Night for the KC4's Bowling League.

This wasn't a traditional betting event. Instead, players competed for points throughout the evening, with Amazon vouchers awarded to 1st and 2nd place and a bottle of ch*****ne for 3rd place. Plenty of friendly rivalry, laughter and great competition!

It just goes to show that Race Nights don't always need to involve cash betting. They're perfect for sports clubs, social clubs, pubs, corporate events and private parties looking for a fun and interactive evening.

The night also included a raffle which raised an impressive £277 for Cancer Research UK. A brilliant effort by everyone involved. 👏

Thank you to The Berrylands and all the KC4's members for making us so welcome once again.

"We recently used Go Race Nights for our charity race night in Maidstone in support of Porchlight, and we couldn’t have been more pleased with the experience.

From start to finish, everything was incredibly well organised and easy to manage. Simon guided us through the process in advance, offering helpful advice to maximise fundraising, and on the night he ensured everything ran smoothly and kept the energy high.

The event itself was fantastic fun – engaging, entertaining, and accessible for everyone, whether they’d been to a race night before or not. The atmosphere in the room was brilliant, with lots of laughter and friendly competition throughout.

A very enjoyable evening to help this charity raise much needed funds for specialised CPR equipment on behalf of the hospital.

Tunbridge Wells Hospital League of Friends
This was our first ever race night and we put our trust in Simon to run a professional and enjoyable evening and we were not disappointed! His organisation of the event both before and during the evening was first class. He made it very easy for us to operate the Tote betting system and engaged with everyone in the room to ensure that we all had a good time. We raised over £1,500 for our charity and are very happy to recommend Simon to anyone that is thinking of putting on a race night.

“Simon was the focal point of our Village Race Night a few weeks ago.
He provided comprehensive guidance and paperwork beforehand and supplied all the necessary equipment on the night. Simon was proactive in helping arrange the different activities which took place during the evening. He is engaging and held the attention of the slightly raucous attendees. The financial side of things was handled very professionally and we were clearly informed about the profits for our charity during and after the event.
We will definitely use Simon again for our next race night.”
