Can you believe we have been back a week already!! Where has the time gone!

It's been great being back to classes and seeing you all again.
We have a few extra events this term; our theatre trip to Barnum and our Xmas meal. So that is something to look forward to later.
In the meantime lets enjoy the classes, get fitter and stronger ready to let everything go at Christmas!!

Looking to do something for yourself now the children are back at school?

We have a variety of different classes; From ballet - Tap from Dance fitness to Pilates.
There is sure to be something for you.

Our classes are kept to a maximum of 12, to ensure individual attention is received by all and your not just a person in a class.

Our classes take place at St. Michaels Primary School in Chatham.
