Our first ever VR Coaching Fitness Event 🥹✨🖤

In celebration of our first year we will be running an ALL FEMALE training event👏🏼

What to expect ?
• full body functional fitness & weight lifting style training
• learn your form & technique
• pre / post workout drinks
• music & sisterhood vibes ✨
• feel strong & empowered
• lots of goodies on the day

Location ?
• We will be running the event at based in Gillingham, Kent (full address on poster and ticket link)

Time ?
• Arrival time - 10:30am with the training start time at 10:45am. The event will run for 1-1.5 hrs.

A few of my GO-TO healthy lunches 🥗🥑🍳🍇

Lunchtime does not have to be boring and repetitive!!

Ensure to always have a good form of protein, healthy fats, some complex carbs - & you are good to go 😍

These meals take me no longer than 15-20 mins to make & most of them can be made as prep meals too✅

Wow wow wow. I couldn’t be prouder of my client Kate!

14.5kg down & there is no stopping her yet👏🏽 Kate has a very busy life as a mum to 4 children but wanted to really start prioritising herself working on her fitness & lifestyle goals.

HOW have we achieved this?
- Calorie deficit whilst still enjoying the foods she loves
- 1-1 sessions with myself 3x per week
- Setting a step goal which is manageable around a busy schedule
- Supplementing around a wholefood diet to plug in any gaps of nutrition
