Happy new year everyone! 🎊

Are you interested in taking up a new activity for 2022, how about Pilates?

Pilates offers a number of benefits including strengthening and toning, weight loss, improving breathing and increasing flexibility. Sessions are set to individual difficulty to ensure you are always comfortable with the exercises and to make it a little less daunting!

Pilates is low impact but effective so is great for those who may have joint pain, new to exercising or those who may be a little less confident.

I currently run 1-1 Pilates sessions where all exercise programmes are bespoke to you. I also offer a beginners class (currently maximum of 3 but multiple classes can be run).

Anyone with pre-booked sessions will not be charged extra for the existing block of sessions.

I just wanted to give you all an update following the change to the government guidelines yesterday. I am in the process of opening my new studio and am hoping it will be fully complete by 26th April.

Currently due to the guidelines I am only able to have 1-1’s and groups where all members are from the same ‘bubble’. If you are interested in this or have family members that would like to attend with you please contact me.

Throughout lockdown I have also qualified as a pre/post natal instructor so if you or anyone you know is pregnant or has just had a baby and would be interested in Pilates I would love to support you/them through the journey.

Happy new year everyone!! Here is the updated price list for 2021. Currently due to COVID-19 I am still only running sessions virtually however I will contact clients and post updates when I am able to return to face to face!

Happy new year! Do you want to start the new year by getting fit from the comfort of your own home?

I am a certified pilates instructor offering virtual Pilates sessions both 1-1 and groups. If you are interested in 1-1 sessions please PM me for further information and prices.

I will also be starting up some beginners classes for those who want to get to know some other people and start their fitness journey. These will run on Tuesdays at 7:30 and Thursdays at 5:30, please contact me to book in for these sessions there is a maximum of 6 spaces per session. These will be £6 per session or £60 for a block booking of 12 sessions. You do not have to attend the same day each week and can attend more than one per week however please book each session a week in advance. Cancellations within 48 hours will still be charged for the session so please let me know as soon as possible if you are unable to attend.

Following the new national guidelines I will no longer be able to offer face to face sessions, but don’t worry I am offering virtual sessions in their place!

It is so important to continue exercising as much as possible throughout the lockdown, it will help you physically and mentally! If you are interested in trying Pilates feel free to comment below or send me a message for further information! Everyone is welcome to attend.

Prices vary in accordance to type of session and individual needs. Both 1-1 and group sessions are available.
