Another fantastic example of the work happening beyond the touchline at Chasetown FC. ๐Ÿ’™โšฝ๐Ÿ“š

We were delighted to help facilitate this wonderful visit between Littleton Green School and Littleton Lodge Care home, bringing together young people and residents for an afternoon of reading, conversation and connection.

A huge credit to our Community Project Officer, Chris Price, who helped create the link between the school and care home. The smiles, stories and shared moments show just how valuable these intergenerational activities can be for everyone involved.

While many people see what happens on matchdays, this is just one example of the regular weekly work we do across our community โ€“ creating opportunities, building relationships and making a positive difference for people of all ages.

Well done to everyone at Littleton Green School and Littleton Lodge for making it such a special afternoon. We look forward to seeing this partnership continue to grow. ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ˜Š

It comes as no surprise that retaining Nath Cameron was a major priority for Chasetown FC. Since arriving at The Scholars Ground, Nath has made a tremendous impact both on and off the pitch. Earning the captain's armband, he provided calm leadership during a period of transition and consistently led by example. Widely regarded as one of the best centre-backs at this level, Nath's presence is a huge asset for the club.

An injury-disrupted season meant supporters didn't get to see the very best of Zac Findlay last year, but his determination and positivity throughout his recovery have been outstanding. A unique talent with the ability to produce something special, Zac brings qualities that few players possess. Striker Matt Funge Returns to the Club

Carl Dickinson has added proven goalscoring quality to his squad with the signing of striker Matt Funge.

The 23-year-old forward returns to the club after establishing himself as one of the most prolific goalscorers in Midlands non-league football. Nicknamed "The Machine" by supporters, Funge arrives on the back of a remarkable spell with Dudley Town, where his goalscoring exploits earned widespread recognition.

A strong and athletic centre-forward, Funge combines intelligent movement, relentless work rate and clinical finishing, making him a constant threat to opposition defences.

After gaining experience with clubs including Halesowen Town, Lye Town, Sutton Coldfield Town, Boldmere St Michaels and Walsall Wood, Funge enjoyed a breakthrough period with Dudley Town, scoring 25 league goals in 32 appearances before finishing as the Midland Football League Premier Division Golden Boot winner with 30 goals in all competitions.

Now returning to familiar surroundings, Funge adds proven firepower to Carl Dickinson's attacking options ahead of the new season.

Speaking on the signing, Carl Dickinson said:

"Delighted to have Matt return to the club. He had a brief spell here but has gone to a different league and shown how good a goalscorer he is. His work rate and attitude to do well will be a big asset to us moving forward into next season."
