I am an established & fully insured United Kingdom Athletics licensed Coach in Running in Fitness, with a small and growing client base . I design and deliver targeted & flexible (7 days a week) coaching to clients from the young (min age 12) to the young at heart! My goal is to help local people get healthier and fitter in an enjoyable way.
I have seen at first hand the benefits that exercise can bring both mentally and physically. These can range from greater mobility and flexibility to reducing stress and preventing chronic diseases such as heart disease, type 2 diabetes, dementia & strokes to name but a few.
I provide a competitive range of individual /group services:
Individual Sessions
• 1 x 40 minutes = £6
• 1 x 60 minutes = £8
Programme of 6 Sessions (6th Session 50 % off)
• 6 x 40 minutes = £33
• 6 x 60 minutes = £44
Group Sessions (2 - 3 people)
• 1 x 60 minutes = £7/person
Programme of 6 group Sessions (6th Session 50% off)
• 6 x 60 minutes = £38.50/person
Prior to commencing with a new client there is an initial consultation, which is free and without obligation.
