Workshops and retreats Founder of Zoga Yoga. The Wednesday 18.45 to 19.45 class is Hatha Yoga suitable for all abilities, including beginners. The 8pm class is a Flow Yoga class, a more dynamic style of yoga. This class is for anyone who has experience of yoga or who has a reasonable fitness level. My online yoga community is proving yoga can happen anywhere.

Whether that's stretching out in the garden, flowing on the deck of a chalet, or practising on a campsite. They regularly take my classes on holiday with them, so they don't miss a practice.

Very interesting read.

Other studies show yoga is very helpful for improving sleep and reducing anxiety.

The researchers pointed out that the yoga used was mindful, gentle and restorative, combining breath with movement. "It's the synergy of the mind body movement that brings positive effects".

This is the type of yoga I teach, so if you're feeling anxious or finding it difficult to sleep, why not try a class.

First clinical trial of its kind, involving 410 cancer survivors in US, also finds reductions in distress and fatigue
