What a season it’s been, but we’re not finished just yet!

After a cracking day at Closworth, there’s no time to put the bikes away just yet… our next meeting is already on the horizon!

Our final meeting of the 2026 season takes us to Bridport for The 4 Stroke Championship Revival on Sunday 4th October.

🏁 The Chard Motor Club hosted round 4 of the South West Classic Motocross Championships at Halstock on Sunday with some superb racing in all classes despite the heat & hard conditions...

THANK YOU! 🏁

A huge thank you to everyone who entered, rode and supported our meeting at Closworth yesterday.

Being a completely new track and venue for us, we knew it was never going to be perfect first time around. We appreciate that space and parking within the pits was tight, and we’re grateful to everyone for their patience and cooperation throughout the weekend.

If we’re fortunate enough to return in the future, we’ve already got a much better understanding of the venue and where we can make improvements.

Aside from that, we hope everyone had a great day and enjoyed the racing! 🏍️

Every meeting takes a considerable amount of work behind the scenes, so thank you to our riders, families, supporters and everyone else who joined us.

Thank you for supporting the club and making the meeting what it was.
