Fortons winning spree continues 🏆💜

Having only lost 1 game all season with 0 draws Forton continue to fly and didn’t let the foot off the gas even though we are already league winners no matter the result.

Forton start the game slow with the first half being very even and going into the break 2-2 but Forton with more chances and it only being a draw due to some very questionable linesman decisions.

At half time Combe changed their linesman and Forton started to gain control of the game and coming out on top 5-3. Goals coming from A.Clist x2 N.Finn,J.Barfoot and L.Bailey

Wednesday we travel to perry street.

Game day as new champions🏆

Today we host Combe Reserves at 2:30, always a good game againts a very young Combe side who like to play football as do we.

We are unbeaten at home all season and we look to continue that run today, although Parsley’s boys I’m sure will be out to ruin our parade. And although the league is won the work doesn’t stop and we still go into every game with 100% commitment.

Forton v Shepton

This is the holy grail of all games and where better to do it than at home. Games like this don’t come around very often, win the game and we have won the Perry Street & district premier division league title, for the first time ever in Forton history.

Shepton are the only team in the league that have managed to take any points at all off Forton so we are out for revenge. We expect BIG crowds tomorrow, the new overflow car park will be open but please park sensibly and as tight to the car next to you as you can.

The bar will be open from 5:15 and until the early hours as we hopefully celebrate.

Forton beat Barrington with a comfortable win 5-1 meaning they only need to win 1 more game to be crowned champions of the Perry street & district league premier division for the first time ever!!!
