We had it all today from sunshine to rain and hail storms, speed work, hills and an epic fall at the end 🤦‍♂️ Marius is training for a PB at the upcoming St Albans half marathon and I'm going for my first 100miler, both in around 4 weeks🏃‍♂️Nice to meet up for a random 8miles or so 😎
