Our sessions are full body strength & fitness workouts. Each session includes 3 x compound lifts, 1 x skill/core based element, and 1 x functional HIIT.

Workouts are logged so progression can be monitored and strength gains can be seen.

In many regards Christmas came early for us this year - since opening our doors in June we've been overwhelmed by the response we've received, and have loved every minute of helping our wonderful community reach their goals.

So we'd like to say a massive thank you to everyone who has put their trust in us to date - we can't wait to see what we can help you achieve in 2025 💛

I’ve loved my first 6 weeks and will definitely be continuing. Expertly guided through weight based exercise with plenty of individual tweaks and encouragement.

The whole sessions feel like a big friendly family. I can really feel the difference in my body in such a short time.

Everyone is lovely from the trainers to the other members. I feel my goals are actually achievable now with the support given.

The diary is great and each session is different.

My PT is Harry who is great, super supportive, great tips for nutrition and exercise.

"I’ve never been a regular gym goer so I joined Groop with slight trepidation. However, these guys are super down to earth & supportive, the atmosphere is relaxed and they let you go at your pace.

The focus is on form, not weight. Obviously you get out what you put in, and they do a good job of pushing people who want to be pushed (me) and supporting people who don’t - or don’t as much!

The booking structure is also super flexible, you can go morning, lunch time, afternoons, and evenings.

Very highly recommended, the 6 week trial is good value!"
