Workout of the Day

We have them. 7 of them, in fact. One for each day of the week (can you believe it?!)

But what actually are our Workouts of the Day, how are they programmed and what do they typically look like?

Well, we here at Studio Twenty3 have always valued the importance of strength training. It’s the bread and butter of what we do here and it’s what we have continuously preached ever since we opened our doors 13 years ago.

We specifically have a direct focus on the compound lifts due to their functional nature, real-life applications and metabolic benefits. We’ve always believed in their importance and the value they bring to strength training and the benefits they provide for people’s physical health.

They are the focal point for all of the programs we write and we implement progressive overload to ensure our members make consistent progress with their lifts.

Alongside that, we add some accessory movements that typically oppose the movement we’d done for our compound. For example, Bench Press is a push movement, so our accessories will be a pull (rows) and a leg (lunges) movement. We do this to guarantee a more full-body session every time our members walk through our doors.

Of course, we record all of these weights down so you know exactly what you did the last time you did it.

We then finish each session with some cardio/conditioning that we vary from day to day. It might be an EMOM, TABATA, AMRAP or a partner workout to name a few examples.

Every day is different. Every day has its purpose. Every day guarantees that you make progress towards your goals.

Our Values have never changed at ST3.

Our doors are open to EVERYONE. No matter your age, ability, experience or background. We welcome anyone and everyone who wants to improve their health and fitness.

One of our biggest values is that we’ll always meet you where you’re at, not where you want to be. We believe it’s essential to know where you currently are, so we have a start point and we can build together from there.

That starting point also gives us something to always refer back to on your journey. A constant reminder of where you started and where you are now!

Not only that, we’ll show you what you’re capable of - and trust us, you’ll impress yourself! We’ll turn that “One Day…” mentality into a “Day One” mentality, making those aspirations a reality.

We always reminisce with our members about where they started and where they’re currently at! It’s a great reminder to those who need that motivation to keep going.

We’re not your average gym, that’s for sure.

Community is at our very core. Our members are the reason why we do what we do. We’ve always believed that no community beats the one we have at ST3.

You’ll join to get results, but you’ll stay for the community.

Louise Lane

We want to take this time to give a massive shoutout to superstar member, Louise, who lost an incredible 4 stone in just 11 months!

Louise joined us back in January 2025 wanting to lose as much weight as possible alongside getting fitter and stronger.

She went on to achieve the amazing feat of dropping 4 stone throughout the year, earning her the well-deserved 2025 Transformation of the Year award at our Christmas Do/Awards Evening in December.

A truly worthy winner of the accolade as Louise put in so much hard work and dedication to achieve her goals.

Louise hasn’t stopped there either! She has continued her hard work throughout 2026 so far to push herself further to see what she can achieve this year.

Louise, we are so pleased and proud of you and all you’ve accomplished. We feel honoured to have been part of your journey!

As we’re sure most of you have seen by now, we’ve been running a new summer campaign recently with Ben and Matt the faces of it.

Well, we’re a Private and Semi-Private Personal Training Facility at the heart of Chandler’s Ford.

For the last 13 years, we’ve been dedicated to helping over A THOUSAND men and women in the local area get fitter, stronger, happier, healthier and more confident in themselves.

We have 6 fully-qualified Personal Trainers who are committed to helping our 200+ member base achieve their health and fitness goals. They have developed the trust of our members through their advice and knowledge alongside creating a progressive and engaging environment within each session.

We are results-driven and community-focused. We love our members, and we love seeing them succeed.

We welcome EVERYONE. No matter your age, ability, fitness levels or injury history, we want to help you succeed. We KNOW we can help you succeed.
