training swim πββοΈ
50m pool this week.
Much more endurance work, especially with the Hand Paddles (no stopping turning and kicking off the wall every 25m)
200m intervals this evening. 200m normal swimming then 200m with Hand Paddles.
So I could push it on each interval I made sure I recovered.
Average 100m pace was slower than when swimming in the 25m pool but that's too be expected.
