Two ladies to join me on a wonderful retreat to Spain this September.

Friends, family, colleagues or 2 solo travellers. Doesn’t matter how well you know each other. You’ll feel like family by the end of it 🥰

This retreat is all about letting you completely switch off.

YogaFit 2.0

You were epic!

Hubby and I teamed up for a second year running at the beautiful to bring a day of Yoga, fitness and wellbeing to this wonderful crew.

✨ We started with an express Yoga flow in the studio
✨ We had fun with an outdoor team woodland workout
✨ We tucked into lunch on the decking in the sun
✨ We explored the stunning South Downs National Park
✨ We stretched under the canopy of the trees
✨ We relaxed in the sauna
✨ We freshened up in the cold plunge pools
✨ And ended with gifts and s’mores around the firepit

It’s safe to say that this retreat is here to stay so keep a look out for YogaFit 3.0 💪🏼

As January starts to come to a close, I’m still drawn to providing space in class to slow down.
To take your time.
To embrace the season.

So often we use rest as a brief stop gap between forward momentum.
As a little recharge in order to keep going.
As a filling in a sandwich of busyness.

But I want to provide more than a fleeting pause.

So we’re going to keep with a gentle class this week by stripping things back and focusing on the essentials.
