The lifts ๐
Deadlift - 170kg x5.
Honestly felt like I had way more here, will be going for a lot more in November ๐ช๐ผ
Squat - 110kg x3
These felt good, again thereโs more in there ๐๐ผ
Shoulder press - 60kg x1
Went for 65kg and still feeling pain in my shoulder so couldnโt lock out. But getting much better ๐๐ผ aiming for 70 in November
Learnt a lot here, main takeaway is to simply add more weight next time ๐คฃ but what a day out!
