The lifts ๐Ÿ‘€

Deadlift - 170kg x5.
Honestly felt like I had way more here, will be going for a lot more in November ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ

Squat - 110kg x3
These felt good, again thereโ€™s more in there ๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿผ

Shoulder press - 60kg x1
Went for 65kg and still feeling pain in my shoulder so couldnโ€™t lock out. But getting much better ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿผ aiming for 70 in November

Learnt a lot here, main takeaway is to simply add more weight next time ๐Ÿคฃ but what a day out!

Deadlift - 340kg x5
