Don't forget - it's our annual Beer Festival tomorrow!

We have a great line up and the sun is set to be shining... ☀️

Here's tomorrows running order:

1700 - Leah Merrett singing Solo Hits
1730 - Red Dusk Band - singing well known covers
1815 - Run Amok - Classics from the 70s and 80s
1915 - Tripwire & guests
2045 - 4 Imaginary Boys. Providing a mix of classic alternative Rock and Goth covers

Bjorn will be offering his famous delicious burgers along with other food available. 🍔

This is Chalford Sports & Social Club's main fundraising event of the year so please come and support it and bring your friends and family too!

We are all looking forward to our Beer Festival and hope that you are too!
Here's the plan:

TICKETS
You can order your ticketsonline via Eventbrite or we have some tickets available to buy at the club and this is where you can get your members discount. You need to get your ticket from the club by Friday 19th to get your members discount.
On arrival at the festival your ticket will be exchanged or your digital ticket scanned for your wristband. Please note that you will not be served alcohol without a wristband. Please bring ID if you think that you might need it!

FOOD
The food options will be Pizza Pod, Bjorn's Borgers and freshly filled rolls alongside our usual snacks and Lynsey's ice creams.

FAMILY AFTERNOON
There will be a football challenge hosted by the Football club. Please bring along a few pound coins to have a go.
We will also have some hand reared owls for you to meet between 3-4pm.
Face painters on site.

DRINKS
Please bring along your own plastic cup or glass if you have one. We will fill it for you and will be serving 165 mil of wine or prosecco and pints or half pints of beer and cider. The wines and prosecco are 5 tokens per serving and the beers and ciders are 5 tokens per pint. Halves are 3 tokens
If you don't have a suitable plastic glass. we have plenty for sale at 2 tokens each. (Please do NOT bring real glass on to the site)
We will be serving beers and traditional ciders from the alcove in the main hall and prosecco and wine outside on the field. The bar will still have Guinness, Thatchers ciders and lagers; these will also be sold with tokens at 5 tokens per pint.
Cans of soft drinks will be available from the main bar at 1 token each.
Please do not bring your own drink on to the site - your bags may be searched and it will be confiscated!
