We are pleased to announce details of the next CoActive Health Female Strength Training Group in January 2026.
Start Date: Tuesday 6th January 2026
Duration: 12 weeks
Sessions: Tuesdays and Thursdays @ 9.30am
Eligibility: Open to both new participants and those who have previously attended
This 12-week, progressive strength training programme is designed to help women build strength, improve technique, and gain confidence in a supportive and motivating environment.
Whether you're continuing your journey or just getting started, we look forward to welcoming you.
What is it?
A twice weekly dynamic strength based class which takes into consideration the unique needs and goals that women often have when it comes to fitness. The classes will focus on building strength, improving functional movement, enhancing bone health, increasing muscle tone, and boosting metabolism. It uses periodized training in small groups geared specifically for women.

Working with a registered Dietitian who has a personal interest in women’s health and fitness you will have full access to evidence-based nutrition advice and support throughout.
This programme will not only be about strength training but will take a holistic approach considering other important factors, such as, sleep, stress, sports performance and injury prevention.
