You drink more water if you keep track of how many glasses you drink each week. It's just a part of being human. You should see an improvement just by tracking your activity.

Of course, monitoring consistently becomes easier with practice, and you'll soon find yourself spending less time thinking about it and more time just doing it.

Are you being honest with yourself?

You should be willing to put in the exceptional effort if youโ€™re expecting exceptional results.

Are you turning up and completing your workouts?

Are you following youโ€™re nutrition correctly and not being blaseฬ with it?

Are you getting enough sleep?

Are you putting in the effort required?!

Iโ€™m not saying that everyone should train like an athlete, but if you want to look like one you then need to train like one, there are no shortcuts.

You should try your best within your given situation. Whether thatโ€™s just to get in โ€œokayโ€ shape or be jacked and shredded to the bone. Priorities can change from time to time dependent on YOU.

But thatโ€™s when you need to be real with yourself and ask if everything you have been doing has been optimal towards your goal?

Donโ€™t be a snowflake but also donโ€™t be unrealistic.

- Reduces stress and anxiety

- Better sleep due to set bedtime or pre-bed routine

- Nutrition adherence will be way better due to meals being planned

- Performance in the gym will be better, therefore, your results will be way more impressive as workouts will be planned and youโ€™ll be ready to execute when needed

- You get things done! You get things finished promptly and to a high standard as youโ€™re letting yourself dedicate time to a specific activity

ROM = Range Of Motion

๐ŸŸฃ More muscle fibres are likely to be recruited = Better muscle development than if you were to do partials.

๐ŸŸฃ Better pumps! (No half reps do no give you better pumps)

๐ŸŸฃ Joint integrity - you will be saving your joints as youโ€™ll most likely be using lighter loads to complete the exercise.

๐ŸŸฃ Lower injury risk as you now have control over the full range instead of only a small portion of the range.

๐ŸŸฃ You will have a clear starting and finishing point for each repetition, therefore your progressions will be way more accurate and true.

๐ŸŸฃ For the egos out there your lifts will actually look more impressive when taken full ROM

Also when I say full ROM I mean stick to your pain free range ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿฝ happy lifting

QUADZILLA Incoming ๐Ÿฆ–

Looking to gain muscle to her frame

We are slowly pushing calories up now, making sure enough food is being consumed to create muscle gain. Donโ€™t worry girls youโ€™re not looking like Ronnie Coleman from lifting weights. (Heโ€™s a really muscular dude if youโ€™re not sure who he is).

Making sure we are taking movements to/near muscular failure whilst being progressive with it to force adaptions. We donโ€™t train like panzies at Evolved Physiques.

So letโ€™s keep on making those small progressions every session and see what we can create, we gotta way to go yet! ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿฝ๐Ÿ’ฅ
