Strength & conditioning. Lisa is widely recognised as a specialist in posture, core stability, functional movement and breath work. Lisa also has expertise in exercise training before and after pregnancy and is a birth educator. Lisa began her fitness career at 16 competing and teaching canoeing. She then w
ent on to work as an Outdoor Activity Instructor working with children and adults with disabilities or from disadvantaged backgrounds, drug users and prison inmates. Lisa went on to achieve high levels of qualification with YMCA, London School of Pilates and has a BSc in Sport Studies. She has also trained with Janet Balaskas (Active Birth) and specialises is Ante/Post Natal fitness training and birth education. Lisa has developed a strong passion for all exercise-based training, especially weight loss and improving or restoring posture, functional movement and strength. She works with clients to achieve healthier, fitter, stronger, flexible, pain-free bodies. With a fitness career spanning over 20 years Lisa has developed a great understanding of people. With this in mind she works hard to combine her experience, education, and ideas to create tailored training systems and takes great pleasure and pride in the results of all those that she works with.
