The 65th 200 Club Draw - May 2022
We had a glitch....although the May Draw went out on Facebook live from the Oxford Ski and Wake Multi Rankings List event yesterday evening the video was subsequently deleted by accident before it could be saved.
The draw as usual was managed by Mark Beard assisted by Gavin Kelly and Seb Turp. Mark was pleased to announce that this years Development Days had kicked off in Lound and Rickmansworth with 20 young skiers attending. Two Youth Squad training days had been held at Gosfield with a lecture from a nutritionist on healthy eating. The travel grant to skiers selected to represent GB at the Youth, U21 and Open European Championships will be £700 this year and £1,100 for those going to the U17 Worlds in Chile next January.
There were a record 168 balls in the bag this month with a prize pot of £1,365. The winners were:
1st David Stevenson No. 61 - £546.00
2nd Craig Jays No. 57 - £409.50
3rd Paul Seaton No. 144 - £273.00
4th Chris Singleton No. 165 - £136.50

Afternoon

I’m going to be running some
BWSW SBD2 Courses at the White cross Ski Club.
You must have a BWSW membership and be a member of the ski club.
If anyone is interested then please get in touch with me.
I’m wanting an idea on numbers initially then going forward I’ll be in touch and explain the process with you.
Looking to start June +July
This will give you time to prepare for your written exam and gain the knowledge and boat handling requirements for your written exam and your boat assessment.
