So proud of everyone yesterday. 5 out on a very good interclub that I can't praise enough. Sobhraj Nankani thank you for having us. Not only was it well run from start to finish but it has been extremely helpful giving my team confidence going forward as I'm sure it did for everyone else competing.

Here is a breakdown of the day.

1st up Ollie Cole. So proud of Ollie his confidence is at an all time high yesterday. He got to showcase some of his fantastic skills he has been working on. As many adults compete at the gym it was so nice for a junior to show that the gym also teaches real skills to kids as well. Grading and belts are nice for kickboxing but the skills Ollie showed are above levels above.

2nd J took part in his 2nd interclub. Jake is always training and always eager to compete. He never says a way from a challenge and has inspired the other teens to compete as well which is brilliant for the gym. No doubt Jake is going to be one to watch coming up.

Next beau fitzgerald switched up to K1. After lots of success in boxing Beau was keen to make the switch to K1. I made a deal with him. If he could handle and interclub I will plan the switch. He certainly did that. For me the most exciting fight to corner. I said to his opponent afterwards wow if that was on a show with a decision I would hate to be a judge. Beau's future looks very bright. We have other boxing bouts coming up and a K1 debut before 2026 closes.

a week after his big win took on 2 opponents. Showed some absolutely fantastic skills and has proven he was born to kick. Anytime competition is mentioned Leo jumps at the chance. This is what both a martial artist and fighter does. Leo has provided the blueprint for success as of late to the gym.

Lastly Gabes jones much like Leo fresh off competing a couple of weeks ago jumped back in and showcased everything we had been working on. Again like Leo another blueprint to everyone that proves you can only keep moving forward. So proud of Gabe's for this.

What a Night! the shows just keep getting better!

So let's talk about the big one and 2 fighters that stepped up onto the UKs premier show...

returned the Ammy K1. This time he emerged victorious via 3rd round stoppage of spinning back kick. Huge respect to Gabe after lots of opponents were unable to compete I feel both lads proved to be the absolute warriors. Great fight and some amazing moments from both lads I'm very excited to see where they both go next. Selfishly I am exceptionally proud of Leo not only for everything he does in the gym but his 5th time competing on Fusion he finally won the big one. The never give up story couldn't be more real.

Alvin White also returned to cage again. This time back to MMA where he belongs. Tough opponent but we don't choose journeyman we always strive for the best competition. A great start from Alvin landed some nice strikes and a great takedown. Unfortunately got caught in a guillotine which was unable to escape. Big respect to .24s and his team as Alvin is not easily submitted. Again really excited to see what both lads do next.

Huge thanks to Dave Choppin for helping me run the corner. N sync with eachother throughout and the results paid off.

We can't wait till November for Fusion 47. Until then we do what we do best. Stay on the grind and keep working 👊🏼

Super proud of Gabes jones last night Simon OBrien We didn't get the decision we wanted but some great moments on the fight. Lessons learnt and onto the next. No journeyman fight here just 2 guys making their mark on the amateur MMA scene, fair play to Sam and his team a great game plan that paid off. We will be back better than ever.

Lots of close friends of mine fighting yesterday all in different martial arts boxing/ Muay Thai that also didn't get the decisions that they wanted. Dave Choppin

I know you guys have your own posts up or to put up but well done to all of you absolute warriors. Again unfortunately not the decisions you wanted but again no journeymen fight undertaken just the pure hearts of real warriors.

This is a tough sport, a lonely sport and sometimes even a cruel sport. I can only speak from experience myself of feeling the same way.

Competitive losses remain competitive losses if you let them remain. Keep moving, keep striving and things will change. And although it seems tough now to understand in that sentence it really is that simple.
