Gen X women…what else did we survive that our children will never understand? 😂

Okay, yes, I know it’s still August 😂

But this time, the Christmas talk has a point.

On 7th September, we begin a proper 12-week prep leading into our Eat Live Move Christmas photoshoot on 28 November.

This is not a crash diet or a race to be “done” by Christmas.

It’s 12 weeks of structured nutrition, strength training, weekly check-ins, accountability and learning how to stay consistent while real life continues around you.

Because those 12 weeks will still include meals out, weekends away, birthdays, busy workdays and times when motivation disappears.

The goal is to show you what can happen when you have a plan built around your actual life and the support to keep adjusting it when life gets messy.

And no, you do not need to already feel “photoshoot ready” or confident in front of a camera.

That’s rather the bloody point.

I’m opening two spaces.

If you want to join us, message me CHRISTMAS and let’s have a chat.

The goal was never for her to need me forever.

It was for her to finish coaching knowing what to do, understanding how to make it work within her life and feeling confident enough to continue without it becoming another bloody chore.

After seven months together, this is what she wrote:

“Seven months training with Emma has turned everything around. I know what to eat, how to move and how to incorporate healthier choices into my life without it seeming like a chore. I’m truly grateful for everything you’ve taught me.”

Of course I’m proud of the physical change in these photographs.

But the part that means the most is:

“I know what to eat, how to move and how to incorporate healthier choices into my life.”

Because that’s the real goal of coaching.

This morning I showed you what one of my own weekly check-ins looks like.

This is what all those check-ins, conversations, adjustments and lessons are building towards—a woman who doesn’t just get a result, but knows how to continue.

If you’re fed up with trying to work all of this out by yourself and you’d like this level of support, message me CHECK-IN.

Let’s have a chat.

Turns out coaching yourself means you can’t bu****it the coach 😂

But it also means the coach doesn’t get to panic, move the goalposts or punish you because one session didn’t happen.

That’s what my 112 Days to Prove It is about.

For this dieting phase, I wrote the plan. I set my calories, steps and training and each week I’m checking in with myself exactly as I would with one of my clients.

Not just:

Did the scale go down?

But:

Did I follow the plan?

What worked?

What didn’t quite happen?

Why didn’t it happen?

And what, if anything, actually needs changing?

Week two wasn’t perfect.

I completed two of my three planned training sessions and didn’t hit 12,000 steps every single day.

But my weekly step average was bang on, my food was consistently on point and I’m now 3½lbs down in total.

That’s a successful week with a couple of useful lessons not a reason to throw everything at it and make the plan harder.

Now we move into week three, which includes four long days out back-to-back.

The goal isn’t to be perfect.

It’s to plan where I can, get my training and most of my steps done early, and make the best decisions available when I can’t control everything.

93 days until my Christmas photoshoot.

Let’s see what I can do.

And if you’re fed up with trying to coach yourself through every week and would like this level of support, message me CHECK-IN.

Let’s have a chat.
