❤️For those of you struggling- please remember SMALL DAILY STEPS 👣 and try to KEEP IT IN THE DAY! Any progress is amazing so be kind to yourself & praise yourself even for the tiniest of improvements. It’s amazing HOW FAR YOU CAN COME IN A WEEK, A MONTH OR A YEAR if you try to do something little each day to improve and only focus on that day.

1)Margate/Broadstairs- visiting the SHELL GROTTO & BROADSTAIRS & having a lunch or afternoon tea

2) Hever/Leeds castle- tour and grounds with lunch or afternoon tea at one of the local pub/restaurants

3) Windsor - Castle visit possibly- town trip and lunch/afternoon tea
