Juniors back out on the grass for first session of the season. Pop up goals and no pitch markings but plenty of fun. Back next Sunday with white lines and proper goals. Come and join us!

As a club we just want to say thank you and congratulations to our Wonder Woman goalie, Stacy. First to arrive, last to leave, brave and constantly looking to improve. Without doubt our senior player of the season last year.

And then she goes and lands 6xA* A levels.

Onwards to Uni and great things no doubt. We will miss you Stacy. Good luck.

She’s back!!

Cougars are delighted to announce that Megan Swan will be returning as our Senior Coach for the 26/27 season.

Meg played for Cougars for several successful seasons before heading off to Loughborough Uni. This year she is working at the LTA as part of her sports management degree so we are delighted to have her back with us for a year,

Congratulations to Caterham Cougars Lacrosse Club players Lucy L, Jess L and Tilly G who received their Caterham School Cap today in recognition of their Wales Women's Lacrosse U20 Caps awarded at this year’s Home Internationals.

And also to former Cougars player Jess C who received her school cap recognising her Team England Women's Lacrosse representation.

Brilliant effort ladies - we are extremely proud of you.

2 day camp at Caterham in August. For girls who haven't played before but are due to start at Lacrosse playing schools like Caterham, Walthamstow Hall and Benenden. And for those girls who have played for one or two seasons and want to be ready for the start of term and the new season.

One of our very own has put down her lacrosse stick and produced something amazing. Lana has officially stepped into the spotlight with the release of her debut album, In the Quiet.

Lana’s song writing journey began years ago, with every track on the album penned between the ages of 11 and 16. Drawing from remarkably mature observations during her childhood, she pairs soulful vocals with honest, heart-tugging lyrics. We couldn’t be prouder.
