Children, Kids & Teenage Swimming Sessions:
Our Children & Teenage lessons are phased in 30 - 50 minute sessions based on ability across the full spectrum from non-swimmers through to advanced lengths sessions. We encourage participation in nationally recognised programmes of awards and badges, enabling swimmers and their parents to track their progress. We work hard to ensure all our swimmers have an understanding of both their own personal survival & how to assist others in difficulty. Working through ASA badges right up to Honour's awards if that is the individuals ambition, we remain flexible & will work towards any individuals targets. Adult Swimming Lessons:
Adult beginner sessions available for Non Swimmers, focusing on confidence building at your individual pace, working through fears as part of a very small group & in-pool teacher assistance is always available. Separate advanced adult sessions are targeted to benefit the individual in working towards their own goals from:

All our groups remain small & focused to ensure we offer more training space than most public sessions.
