We have a modern state-of-the-art, all-purpose gymnasium and some of the most experienced coaching staff in the country. Our core vision (our “Sokology”) is “Health, happiness and dedicated development through professional training”. We aim to improve gymnastics in this locale and encourage more young people to participate in this exhilarating sport. Gymnastics is a complex sport that requires physical strength, flexibility, agility, coordination, grace, creativity and balance - we work to improve each of these. Our coaches are motivated, dedicated and focussed. Their main aim is to give a new and improved gymnastics experience. Ciara and Katie Ward have been studying and practicing gymnastics for 20 years. Their skills developed through childhood and as competitors nationally and internationally. Both have competed and represented Northern Ireland with distinction across Europe. Katie’s skills brought her to the Youth Olympics in Italy and The Commonwealth Games in Melbourne, Australia. We love our sport.
