Women in Sport and Yorkshire Sport Foundation have provided a very detailed and informative report to examine the attitudes and experiences of girls in parks and outdoor spaces and how to make them more inclusive for teenage girls. It highlights a lot of the reasons why teenage girls are turned off exercise in any event and emphasises how important it is for Castleford RUFC Girls and Castleford RUFC Ladies (and Castleford RUFC as a whole) to provide opportunities to exercise and make friends in a friendly and supportive environment. Due to the intense heat, which is forecasted to remain at the present temperature until at least 8.00 we have taken the precaution of CANCELLING tonight's first training sessions for the U18 Castleford RUFC Girls and Castleford RUFC Ladies.
We'll look to start again next Monday 25 July, 6.00-730.
