Fit Mums class is coming to Yorkshire Strength

Thursday Ams from September with Coach Aimee

Imagine a fitness class where nobody cares if

- Your baby cries
- You turn up late
- You have baby sock on your T-shirt
- You haven't exercised since 2019

These sessions are for pregnant, postpartum mums or mums with toddlers who want to move their body without pressure, judgement

We’re extremely proud to be in the shortlists for 5 categories for this years BWL Annual Achievement Awards, it’s as per an absolute honour to be mentioned alongside our peers 🥹

Fantastic Charity competition from these absolutely wonderful humans 💕

Raising money for the Boyle Family that sadly lost their mum/wife to Brain cancer

Super total (squat, bench, deadlift, sn**ch, C+J) followed by heavy Grace WOD to find our top athlete 🏋️‍♂️

The final standings as follows:

🥇 156 points
🥈 151 points
🥉 147 points
4th 140 points
5th and 139 points
6th 137 points
7th 136 points
8th 135 points
9th 133 points
10th 123 points

32 people competed
AND most importantly…
£730 RAISED for the Boyle family! 🙌🙌🙌

Both start with a seminar on 23/24th of May 12-3pm

We’re very proud to announce that Yorkshire Strength has been confirmed as 1 of 8 talent academies in England 🏋️

This is due to the high level of work we’ve done over the years and continue to do, within our club youth, junior teams and development programs

Our community, local schools coaching and involvement

This status will mean big future plans with Castleford schools teaming up with YS so keep your 👀 peeled and will enable us to keep growing our own kids classes building bigger and better pathways into competitions
