This weekend we are back at home as we welcome local rivals Normanton Knights Arlfc to The Chris North Properties Stadium, in round 10 of the NCRL

Fryston ran out 48-10 winners in the reverse fixture, so we know Normy will be fired up looked to avenge the heavy defeat they suffered against us, so we will have to be prepared for everything they have.

We hope to see a massive crowd packing out the sidelines this weekend for the big derby fixture!

At the weekend me made the journey over to East Yorkshire to face bottom of the league Hull Dockers

The boys knew they had to be switched on from the off because rugby league is a funny game and anything can happen. But as expected Dockers were no match for us at all and never once looked like they could take the game from us. Dockers tried dragging us into their sh*tty tactics but that’s not what Fryston are about anymore, we got on with our game and punished the opposition from all over the park.

The scorelines shows a big result but we didn’t seem to get out of 2nd gear, stupid errors and penalties cost us more points and even keeping the score to NIL, nevertheless their were many positives from the game, lads got valuable game time and confidence if high as we now make it four wins on the bounce🔥
