Friday was Comets Juniors turn to celebrate the amazing young athletes that we are proud to say are part of our Comets family. Lots of medals and trophies given out and certainly lots of smiles all round.

Well done U12’s, U14’s and U16’s for an incredible season. We can’t wait to see what you achieve in the upcoming season. Keep shinning ladies 🧡🖤🏆🏅

Castleford Comets Senior Netball Team have been invited on an incredible international trip to Malta to compete against the Maltese National Team – a huge opportunity for our players, club and local community.

Over the last two seasons, Comets have worked hard to climb through the divisions, progressing rapidly and competing at the highest level the club has ever reached. This invitation is recognition of that hard work and a chance for our athletes to gain invaluable experience on an international stage.

We are currently seeking sponsorship from local businesses to help fund this exciting trip.

☄️ U14 Loughborough Lightning Tournament ☄️

A brilliant day at the Loughborough Lightning tournament with some incredibly tough opposition and a really high standard of netball on display throughout the day. It was a great experience for the girls with so much learnt and plenty to take away moving forward 💪🏐

Most importantly, the girls stayed positive, supportive of each other and showed a fantastic attitude on and off court all day ❤️

Lots of team bonding, lots of laughs, and plenty of memories made!

Special shoutout to Lilly, who was outstanding in defence all day and picked up 5 opposition Player of the Match awards 👏⭐️ Massive achievement!

Call To Arms

Castleford Comets West Yorkshire senior team are looking for sponsorship to help their 1st team go on a once in a lifetime trip to Malta to play against the National Team.

Comets have gone on a quick trajectory over the last 2 seasons working their way up the leagues and are competing at a higher level than ever.

We would love it if any local businesses could support our journey and sponsor our trip so the girls could take on this awesome opportunity.
