🏃‍♂️ Can you outrun a bad diet? not really! 😅

No matter how many rounds you smash out on the pads or how many burpees you survive, if your meals are full of junk, your body’s not going to thank you for it.

Training and nutrition go hand in hand — one fuels the other.

Here’s the deal 👇
🥗 Food = fuel. Your body needs the right nutrients to power your workouts and recover.
🍩 Too much junk = less energy. You’ll feel sluggish, tired, and your progress slows down.
💪 Balanced eating = better performance. The right foods help build strength, endurance, and focus.

Think of it like this — your body’s an engine. You wouldn’t fill a sports car with cheap fuel, right? Give it the good stuff and watch how much stronger, faster, and sharper you feel. 🔥

😂 RIGHT, let’s test everyone’s coordination today!

Star jumps ➡️ fighting stance ➡️ star jumps ➡️ fighting stance 😮‍💨💪

Sounds easy, until your brain suddenly forgets what your legs are supposed to be doing. 😭

Some of our students looked completely confident for the first 3 seconds, then chaos entered the chat. 😂🥊

Honestly though, drills like this are brilliant for reactions, balance, and coordination. 🔥

How sharp are your listening skills REALLY? 😮‍🔥

The instructor calls out: head, ears, shoulders, and then suddenly CONE! 🥊💥

And that’s your moment. No thinking. No hesitation. Just GO 😅💪

It’s fast, it’s funny, and it makes you realise your brain and body are NOT always on the same team. 😂

Summer holidays are where consistency either LEVELS UP or disappears completely 😅

Which is why we want to help you stay consistent this summer! Here are a few ways you can do that.

💪Set a simple routine
Even 2–3 sessions a week keeps you on track

⏰Train at a set time
Treat it like an appointment, not an option

😭Don’t wait for motivation
It never shows up on time anyway

🥊Keep it short but effective
A 30-minute good session beats skipping completely

👊Train with friends or class mates
Much harder to skip when others are expecting you

🔥Remember how good you feel AFTER training
Not during the “I don’t feel like it” moment 😂
