What does yours say about you?
How we hold ourselves sends signals both internally and externally influencing and projecting simultaneously how we feel and who we are in our world and the world.
Try changing your body language and see if you perceive a change in how you feel.
Are you comfortable taking up space?
Are you open, bold, relaxed and warm?
Or do you hold yourself small, camouflaged, quiet and defensive?
When you consciously change how you project externally it can change how you feel internally.
