REMINDER‼️
You can still eat curries, pizzas, pasta, takeout, full English breakfasts and desserts when you’re on a weight loss journey!
I DO NOT believe in restrictions so whether it’s finding healthier alternatives, simple swaps or calorie banking in the week, it IS possible to lose weight and eat TASTY food!! 🍔
So if a trainer is telling you that you HAVE to restrict certain foods or giving you portion sizes that wouldn’t even feed your child, tell em to do one and come over to the fun side with me 🤣🤣
