Life will demand that you answer a very simple question - what price are you willing to pay to become the person you will need to be to execute on your dreams.

This s**t is hard and most dreams never come true. But they don’t become true not because they’re impossible, they don’t become true because people don’t realize that they have to change and acquire skills in order to be able to pull off their dreams.

Don’t worry about marketing or campaigning to get people to think you’re special.

Put your head down and do the hard-ass work of self improvement so that you believe it yourself.

Then, on a long enough timeline, you’ll have the skills you need to win. But it’s about that - belief and skills.

It’s easy to get trapped from time to time. It may be the grind at work, commuter traffic as you come home or the same old, same old for dinner that you always have on hand.

We all get β€˜stuck’ in our lifestyle from time to time. But, we remain stuck because we don’t want to fail, lose out, or run the risk of rejection.

That’s why you need to take a chance today.

You can do it!

Make today the day you give yourself a chance and take a chance. Take just one step towards a healthier and happier life and I guarantee everything else you want will begin to move towards you.

Obstacles will plow out of your way. Opportunities will come into focus. When you step out of your comfort zone just a tiny bit, the body you want, the good health you seek, and even the β€˜sexy you’ you want to bring back will all unfurl and come to fruition.
Take a chance on yourself today… and then (out of habit) keep it going all year long.

Exercising, eating nutritious and delicious food, managing stress, and getting restorative sleep not only helps you lose fat, it helps you π’π‡πŽπ– 𝐔𝐏 bigger in your life.
When you are taking care of yourself you are able to better handle all that life has to offer, good or bad. Your emotions are more likely to be stable, you are able to make clear decisions, and your productivity increases.
When you are under stress, more often than not, you reach for high-carb, high-sugar snacks/foods, which just sends your blood sugar on a rough roller coaster ride.Β  If/when you find yourself under stress or having to be highly productive the best and most important thing you can do for yourself is eat supportively.
When focusing on your goals think about the bigger picture, not just the pair of jeans you want to get into. Short term goals are great and extremely important, however, it's pretty easy to keep on saying, "I'll start tomorrow," when you're not thinking about the long-term, big picture goals.Β  Start thinking about how π“πŽπƒπ€π˜Β affects your life now and forever...
