Something that comes up a lot.

We started out as a booking only gym but this is no longer the case. We are an open gym with capped membership.

Booking times is not necessary.

Booksy is still available as a means for non members to pay online before coming but it is not essential.

In due time we will be completely phasing out Booksy.

Building muscle is hard. Don’t let the fear of “getting too big” stop you from pushing hard in the gym!

In order to get “too big” you would need to live a certain lifestyle day in day out for years, maybe decades to even come close.

If your goal is to shape up, push hard in the gym, eat well, sleep well and get some cardio in.. You don’t have to worry about getting too big by chance.

If you do find yourself gaining weight when the goal is to lose it, it’s nothing to do with what you’re doing in the gym.

Weight training does not = weight gain.

Take a look over your diet and see where you can improve there.

Latest addition to the gym 🚾

Things have been all go this week at MK Strength & Fitness with some tweaks and changes being made all over!

We’ve finally installed a toilet/changing room. Whether early morning or late night, gym users will always have access to a toilet 🚻

The best part? Everyone hired to work on this project has been a past or is a present client/member 😎

Huge thank you to the crew for taking care of our community space and paying it forward 👌🏻

This one’s for all of you who show up, train hard, and help build this place with us! Without our supporters we are nothing! 🙌🏼

Consistency is boring until it finally wins..

The magic isn’t in the latest diet trends or the 30-day shred challenge..

It’s in the quiet, unappealing days when you show up anyway—when no one’s watching, when you don’t feel like it, when the results are still invisible.

Good habits are just tiny promises you keep to your future self.

Stack enough of those promises together and one day you wake up living in the version of life you used to only dream about.

Keep showing up.

You’re not behind.

Some motivation to carry you all into the new year! 😎

Klara has been attending my small group sessions for a few years now (rarely missing) she decided she wanted a goal or challenge to pursue and ended with the idea of doing a fitness photoshoot, safe to say things went well! 👌🏻

With great consistency and effort shown along the way she never missed a single check in and always made time to do her allocated cardio on the dreaded stairs! Even if it meant an hour pre-workout, she always got it done!

In the long term this is a complete transformation for Klara and she’s earned every bit of it through hard work and dedication!

Well done Klara! 💪🏻
