We’re looking to arrange a club sparring session at Evolution Boxing Club and are inviting clubs to get in touch with boxers who match the following:

🔴 MATCHES REQUIRED
🥊 B1 – 30kg Novice
🥊 B4 – 54kg – 6 bouts
🥊 B4 – 57kg – Open
🥊 G5 – 66kg – Novice
🥊 B6 – 66kg – 8 bouts
🥊 G6 – 48kg – Open
🥊 B6 – 70kg – 6 bouts
🥊 B7 – 65kg – 10 bouts
🥊 Senior – 75kg – 1 bout
🥊 Senior – 80kg – Open
🥊 Senior – 60kg – Intermediate
🥊 Female Senior – 63kg

We’re happy to match squads where possible, and if a club has a number of suitable boxers, we can potentially have three rings running to get through plenty of quality rounds.

The aim is simple good, competitive and controlled sparring with the right match-ups. 🥊

🚴‍♂️🥊 JACK QUINN – CARRICKFERGUS TO DUBLIN! 🥊🚴‍♂️

And he’s off! 👊

This morning, our own Jack Quinn set off from Evolution Boxing Club in Carrickfergus, beginning his cycle all the way to Dublin — all in aid of raising much-needed funds for the boxing club. 💙

This is a massive challenge, and Jack has put himself through the training and preparation to take it on — but he’s doing it for something bigger than himself.

He’s doing it for his club. 🥊

Evolution Boxing Club is built around our boxers, our families and our community. Every donation, no matter how big or small, helps us continue providing the facilities, coaching and opportunities that allow our members to develop both inside and outside the ring.

Quality rounds today as we continue preparations for the upcoming fights.

Connor Kerr shared valuable rounds with Boxing Union of Ireland super bantam weight champion Matty Boreland, while Zoe McCaughran got some excellent work in with Ella McDonald.

A big thank you to Ryan Burnett and everyone at the gym for the welcome. These relationships are what help raise standards and develop better fighters.

The work continues. Eyes firmly on the upcoming bouts. 🥊💪

🥊 KIDS BOXING IS BACK! 🥊

We're excited to welcome all of our young boxers back to Evolution Boxing Club as our Kids Boxing Classes return on Tuesday 4th August 2026.

📅 Starts: Tuesday 4th August 2026
🗓 Days: Tuesdays & Thursdays
🕠 Time: 5:30pm – 6:30pm
👦👧 Ages: 7–10 year olds
💷 Cost for kids group: £20 per month

⚠️ Important Notice for Parents⚠️
All monthly fees must be brought up to date on return to training. To make this easier Any boxer who is now 11 years of age or older will progress into our main club sessions Monday Wednesday Friday 6pm to 8pm. If this applies to your child, please call into reception and speak to one of the coaching team so we can get them started into the next phase of development and change to monthly fee

We can't wait to see both familiar faces and new members back in the gym. Let's kick off another fantastic season together!

On Saturday 29th August, we head back to Fusion Night club in Liverpool with two fighters ready to make a statement.

🏆 Zoe McCaughran returns to the city to defend her WCU Promotions championship, absolutely determined to keep hold of her belt and continue to build her momentum across the pond.

🥊 Jack Quinn also steps into enemy territory as he takes on a local opponent in what promises to be a cracking contest.

Months of hard work, dedication, and preparation ups and downs all lead to one night under the lights.

Hi everyone,

Competition boxers are back as normal from Monday 20th July. Ensure fees are paid also.

We’re looking forward to seeing all of you back in the gym, ready to work hard and prepare for the season and upcoming tournaments ahead.

Please note: Our Kids Boxing Class remains on its summer break and will resume in August. We'll confirm the exact return date closer to the time.
