⚽ Receiving on the Back Foot

We gave the players 3 key coaching points during this drill:

1️⃣ Keep the ball moving
2️⃣ Body momentum going forward
3️⃣ Pass with the opposite foot

These simple details help players play quicker, create more space, and stay one step ahead of the opposition.
