Hi guys, just like to say thanks to everyone who has been supporting the classes in the fitness hub over the last few months, it's great to hear your all already feeling the benefits of the hard work you've been putting in. These classes have been put in place at the request of our clients to ensure they have the opportunity to improve their physical and mental wellbeing, it is unfortunate everyday life seems to be the greatest obstacle that it's difficult to be consistent when it comes to recreational fitness which is a factor all gyms take under consideration. As with most things in life finances will play a role, the classes we make available to the public are only sustainable if they are supported by those who request the service in the 1st place. Its my belief that everyone deserves the best coaching when it comes to physical activities, this is what we offer but we can only give the best with your efforts.

Hi guys, I've watched alot of posts on Facebook with personal trainers using boxing related exercise to help their clients improve everything from endurance to coordination which is brilliant to see. Boxing is without doubt the toughest discipline in sport and regardless a clients goals will enhance progression with every session. Personally I'd love to see clients learning more than just swinging punches to burn calories. Hi guys, I'd like to offer a bit of advice to anyone either working with a fitness professional or considering employing a personal trainer. As a client you have every right to make inquiries into the back ground of someone you are planning on paying your hard earned money to help you achieve your fitness goals, there are trainers out there with very little experience in the industry with qualifications gained from online courses which are available after less than 2 weeks study. These people are ripping you off, their only concern is your cash. My advice is ask for background information in relation how qualifications have been required, where and when they got qualified and what experience they have in helping people such as yourself. Face facts, would you hire a gardener to cut your hair lol, believe me you all deserve a better serviceπŸ€”πŸ’ͺπŸ’ͺ

Hi guys, remember tomorrow morning 09.30 session in the fitness hub is 30 minutes spinπŸš΄β€β™‚οΈ followed by 30 minutes HIIT πŸ’ͺ. You can participate in both phases, just spin or HIIT, the choice is yours. If you're only interested in the 30 minutes HIIT please ensure you complete a 10 minutes warm up as we'll be straight in at 70% mhr, cheers πŸš΄β€β™‚οΈπŸ’ͺ
