I’m running another beginner class on Saturday 31st August 9.15am!!!!

If you’ve been wanting to try a class nows your chance!

This won’t be a full class (30mins) I will go through the main exercises we use in classes and show you proper form so if you do join a class you feel comfortable with the exercises.

If you are interested please book yourself a space using the link below there will be a £5 deposit to secure your space which will then be deducted if you decide to take a membership.
