Decided it’s time to come out of hiding and start posting on here again
Starting off with some new years goals this being one of them..
Most of my goals I’ve set for this year involve feeling good and spending more time doing things that lift my energy and bring out the best version of me, something I’ve been neglecting the past while
Training wise I’ve still been ticking away with not much structure or discipline so it’s time to tighten that up! And ofcourse trim some body fat coming into the summer months 👀
Feel good & increase energy 🔋
Get stronger, fitter, healthier 🏋🏻
Enjoy the ride 🫱🏼🫲🏾
If you havent set any goals or targets for the year yet, take a bit of time to sit down and write them out
Make sure to make them personal to you! don’t just copy everyone else or do things that you think you should be doing
And remember it’s never going to be an easy road, there will be ups and downs but writing them down and making it clear what you want will get you moving in the right direction 👆🏻
