Counter to J point passing using underhooking on the knee posting arm

Going strait to K guard back side 5050 when the choi arm is pulled free

Working bottom seated guard agaisnt a kneeling opponent

Foot on hip to creat space and attack with triangles, arm bars and choi bars

Using proper framing and focusing on keeping the cross face arm from wrapping the head

More concept based than specific movement

Last night working more from failing to keep the frames at length

Using inside postion to create space to get half butterfly sweeps or hitting arm bars and triangles

Sunday No Gi 09:30 to 11:00 💪🏼

This time using arms across centre lines with knee to chest

Exposing the back

When back exposure is limited by post using the post for straight arm bars

When straight arm bar fails. Trapping the cross body arm with arm pit, posting on the face stepping the leg round for a very tight arm bar 💪🏼
