๐ดCo-Chairs End of Season Message ๐ด
As we bring the curtain down on the season, Gordon Macdonald and I would like to take a moment to thank everyone connected with the club for what has been an incredible first season as Co-Chairs.
It was this time last year that we took over the reins, and now feels like the perfect opportunity to reflect on everything that has been achieved both on and off the park. We are immensely proud of the progress made throughout the season and the togetherness shown across the entire club.
Firstly, a huge thank you must go to our management team โ Dougie, Gavin and Kris โ who have worked wonders in bringing together a squad of players that have competed in every single game this season. Their hard work, commitment and dedication have been there for all to see. The players can now enjoy a well-earned few weeks off, and we look forward to welcoming them back for pre-season soon with a few new faces too!
A special thanks also goes to Carly, our physio, who continually looks after the players with professionalism and a smile on her face.
Behind the scenes, there are so many people who give up their time and energy for the benefit of the club. To our committee members and fantastic group of helpers โ thank you. Whether itโs ensuring the pitch and playing surface are looking their best, keeping the facilities clean and tidy, making tea and toast for the players after training, balancing the books, or making sure the team are kitted out properly, your efforts never go unnoticed.
To all of our sponsors and local businesses who have supported the club throughout the season โ thank you. Quite simply, we could not run the club without your backing and generosity. Your support means everything to us.
Our matchday hospitality has also been a tremendous success this season and has been very well received. We have no doubt that many people will return next season to enjoy another fantastic day out at the football.
Finally, to our supporters โ thank you. Whether youโre a young lad or lass turning up week in, week out in your Panny strip, or one of our loyal supporters who has stood by the club through thick and thin over many years, we truly value your backing. Your support drives the club forward, and we will continue to do our very best to bring you a good level of honest football.
