Coming into the last 5 months of my Physio degree 🎓, I’ve been reflecting on what’s been a really busy year.

This year I’ve completed 3 clinical placements 🏥 and I’m now heading into my final placement and dissertation.

Alongside uni, I’ve continued working as a sports massage therapist 💆‍♀️, keeping busy with home clients and doing pitchside work with various sports teams 🏃‍♀️⚽️.

A big highlight was being involved with Brídíní Óga, who went on to win All-Ireland Junior A 🏆💚 — a great achievement and a pleasure to be part of.

Thanks to everyone who’s supported me along the way — on to the final stretch 💪
